Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using The Wedding Experience services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
The Wedding Experience provides professional wedding planning and coordination services including but not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline management, and day-of wedding coordination.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about wedding requirements and preferences
- Make timely decisions when presented with options
- Pay all fees according to the agreed schedule
- Communicate changes or concerns promptly
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules vary by package. Full planning packages require a 50% deposit upon contract signing, with remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding date. Day-of coordination requires full payment 60 days in advance.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 6 months before the wedding date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 months are non-refundable but services may be transferred to a future date within 18 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Wedding Experience's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement which is due to fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, other acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, wars, government requirements, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of such party.
